Svelt provides fitness info only and is not a medical service. Consult a professional before starting programs. Use is at your own risk. Svelt is not responsible for injuries.

Paid features require subscriptions which renew automatically. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Refunds are subject to platform policies.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, harass others, upload false content, or disrupt Svelt systems.

You grant Svelt a license to use and process your content to operate the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.

All Svelt content and technology are owned by Svelt. You may not copy or reverse engineer any part of the Service without consent.

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Svelt, you consent to data processing as described therein.

You may stop using Svelt at any time. We may suspend access if you violate Terms, for legal reasons, or to prevent harm.

Svelt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the max extent permitted by law, Svelt liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months, or zero.

You agree to indemnify Svelt from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
